Precision timing
Configure exactly: 1 to 20 rounds, 30 seconds to 10 minutes per round, rest periods, warmup, and a warning flash N seconds before each round ends. A single bell marks every round and rest transition, and a triple bell closes out the session.
Drills that focus your work
12 built-in drills from Jab Machine to Fight Sim. Each round has a named exercise, a duration, and a rest period, so you always know exactly what you're working on. Pose illustrations show the movement. Create unlimited custom drills synced to your account.
History and sharing
Every completed session saves automatically: rounds, duration, preset name, date. Track your streak and totals over time. When a session finishes, generate a styled share card and send it to the iOS share sheet.
