Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Jigsaw ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please don't use the Game.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Jigsaw. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. What Jigsaw Is
Jigsaw is a single-player iPhone sudoku game with irregular pieces and 300 bundled levels across three difficulty tiers. It runs on your device and is playable offline. An account is optional and is used only to back up your finished levels.
4. Your Account
If you sign in with Apple, you are responsible for the security of your Apple ID. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the Game, which permanently removes your account and the progress stored with it.
5. Jigsaw Pro Subscriptions
The first 20 levels of each tier are free, with three hints a day. Jigsaw Pro unlocks every level and removes the daily hint limit. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or monthly, at the price shown in the App Store and in the Game before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Deleting the Game or your Jigsaw account does not cancel the subscription.
- Prices are set per country by Apple and may change, with notice as Apple requires.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, through reportaproblem.apple.com. If Pro does not appear after purchase, tap Restore on the Pro screen first, and if that does not fix it write to support.
6. Acceptable Use
Don't reverse engineer the Game to get around the subscription, interfere with our servers, or use the Game in any way that breaks the law. Personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Availability & Changes to the Game
We may update, change or add to the Game, including its levels, at any time. We will not remove levels you have already unlocked with an active subscription. We do not guarantee the Game will be available without interruption.
8. Intellectual Property
The Game, its levels, design, artwork and code belong to Mohamed Talaat. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for serious breaches of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept it.
