1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Manifestry ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please don't use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Manifestry. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. What Manifestry Is

Manifestry is an iOS app for manifestation and journaling. It lets you set intentions, run guided manifest sessions, and keep a journal, with optional reminders to help you stay consistent. Your content is stored in your private account (Firebase).

4. Not Advice or a Guarantee of Outcomes

Manifestry is a tool for reflection, focus, and habit-building. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome. Manifesting and journaling are personal practices; results, if any, come from you. Use Manifestry as support for your own thinking, and consult a qualified professional for any serious decision.

5. Your Account

You sign in with Apple and are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

Your intentions, sessions, and journal entries are yours. We don't claim ownership of them, and we don't read them for any purpose other than storing and showing them back to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

Manifestry may offer an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Where a subscription applies, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, the subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it at any time from your Apple ID settings. Prices may vary by region, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The App's code, design, copy, and brand are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

Your use of these services is governed by their own terms.

Your use of Manifestry is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular result from using the App.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifestry and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of entries or decisions made based on your use of the App.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can terminate at any time by deleting your account.
