Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Tamrena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tamrena mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). Tamrena is operated from Egypt. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tamrena and its owner. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free and premium features.

Tamrena offers both free and premium subscription plans. Free users have access to basic workout tracking features with usage limits. Premium subscribers ("Tamrena Pro") have access to unlimited features including full AI training assistance, advanced analytics, unlimited workout history, and more.

Subscription options.

• Monthly subscription (billed monthly, auto-renews)
• Yearly subscription (billed annually, auto-renews)
• Lifetime access (one-time purchase, no renewal)

Billing.

• All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Recurring subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's respective store policies

Free trial.

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected. Trial eligibility is determined at our discretion and is typically limited to one trial per user.

Cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play Store → Subscriptions on Android). To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tamrena and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service, including:

• Workout logs, session notes, and exercise data
• Custom workout templates you create
• Body measurements and personal records
• Messages you send to the AI trainer

By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display this content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and Service features.

7. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive:

• Workout reminders and session alerts
• Achievement notifications (personal records, badges, milestones)
• AI trainer messages and workout suggestions
• Promotional messages and feature announcements (you can opt out of these)

You can manage your notification preferences in the app settings or disable notifications entirely through your device settings at any time.

8. Tracking and Advertising Consent

On first launch (and any time you reinstall the app on iOS), Tamrena will present Apple's App Tracking Transparencyprompt asking whether you allow tracking across other companies' apps and websites. Your response controls whether your device's advertising identifier is shared with our advertising and attribution partners (currently TikTok) for the purpose of measuring ad performance and showing you more relevant ads.

• Choosing "Ask App Not to Track" does not limit any feature of the Service
• Choosing "Allow" lets us measure which ads led to your install or subscription
• You may change your decision at any time in your device's privacy settings

9. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Tamrena is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

• Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions
• The AI trainer provides general fitness guidance based on common exercise principles. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, personal training, or physical therapy
• Exercise form evaluations and suggestions are for educational purposes only and may not account for your individual physical limitations or conditions
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other discomfort
• You are solely responsible for your health decisions, exercise activities, and any injuries that may occur
• The body measurements, progress tracking, and analytics features are tools for personal tracking and do not constitute medical assessments

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAMRENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any personal injury or property damage related to your use of the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tamrena and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Egypt.

15. Privacy

Your use of Tamrena is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is processed.
