Stuck on a level? Let’s sort it.

They are three separate tests. The first is for finishing with no contact at all, so a nudge against a pillar or another car loses it. The second is for beating the level's target time. The third is for how straight and centred you finish in the bay, which is measured against the bay's own lines. You do not have to take all three in one run, your best of each is kept.

Set up earlier. Most lost time is spent correcting an approach angle that was wrong forty metres back, not in the bay itself. Try the top-down camera for a couple of runs to see the line you are actually taking, then switch back.

Buttons are the most precise and the default. Drag is faster once it clicks. Tilt is good on the wider decks and awkward on the street. The wheel is the most fun and the hardest to be exact with. There is no scoring difference between them, so use whichever you enjoy.

Yes, more than you would expect. Each car has its own length, width, height, mass and steering lock. The van is genuinely harder to place than the hatch, and the pickup's wheelbase changes where it pivots. A level you have three-starred in the hatch can be a real problem in the pickup.

First clears pay considerably more than repeats, so moving forward beats grinding an early level, which is deliberate. Three stars pay more than one. You can also double what a run paid by watching an optional video on the results screen, and there is a free-coins video in the store, capped at five a day.

Every car in the game including any added later, no ads at all, and double coins on every run. It is a single payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.

Open the store and tap Restore Purchases, which asks Apple what your Apple ID owns. If it is still wrong, check you are signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still will not appear, email support@moetalaat.com with your receipt and it will get sorted.

That should not happen and the game will tell you if it does. Email support@moetalaat.com with your receipt and the coins will be added by hand. Apple handles refunds separately at reportaproblem.apple.com.

No, but you can decline personalised ads and still play everything. The consent form and iOS's tracking prompt both let you refuse, and the game does not treat you any differently for it. Full Garage is the only way to remove ads entirely.

No. The game signs you in silently on first launch so your progress has somewhere to live, and you are never asked for anything. Signing in with Apple or Google is only worth doing if you want that progress to survive a reinstall or move to a new phone.

When you sign in to an account that already has progress, the two are merged rather than one replacing the other: the best stars, times and accuracy from each side are kept, the cars from both are kept, and the coin balance becomes the larger of the two rather than the sum. If something looks genuinely lost, email support before playing much further.

The device goes back to being a guest and the save on that phone is cleared, so whoever uses it next does not inherit your garage. Your account's own progress is untouched and comes back the moment you sign in again.

Open the account screen, tap Delete account, and confirm on the panel that appears. Your progress in the cloud, the save on this phone, and the account record itself are all deleted straight away, and it cannot be undone. Guests can do this too. Anything you bought belongs to your Apple ID and is not affected, so Restore Purchases still brings it back. If you have already deleted the app and want the cloud copy gone, email support@moetalaat.com.

Not yet. Parkly is iPhone only at launch. Android is possible later if enough people ask.
