Features
A spreadsheet's worth of arithmetic, without the spreadsheet
Roster does one job: compute fitness metrics correctly, with the specific formula you choose, for the specific person in front of you.
The formula you trust, not a black box
Nine ways to estimate a 1RM, eight for body fat, eight for BMR. Roster names every formula, cites where it came from, and lets you pick the one you take skinfolds for or the one your federation uses. Switch formulas and the input fields change with it. The citation prints on the PDF.
One roster, every client
Every profile carries the reusable facts: sex, birthdate, height, weight, tape measurements, resting heart rate. Calculators pre-fill from whoever is active and write updated measurements back, so you type a client's waist once, not once per calculator. Switch the active profile from the chip in the header and keep computing.
Saved history, clean handover
Every saved result lands in that profile's history: the value, the formula used, the exact inputs, the date. Three or more entries draw a trend line. Export a single result as a one-pager or a whole profile as a report, both built for handing to a client on paper.
How it works
Pick a person, pick a tool, get the number
The active profile follows you from calculator to calculator. That's the whole trick: choose a client once, then run body fat, TDEE, and macros back to back.
01
Sign in, pick a person
Apple or Google, nothing else. Your own profile is created automatically. Coaches add clients with whatever facts they have; everything except the name is optional.
02
Choose the metric and formula
Search by name or synonym: typing navy, mifflin, or wilks goes straight to the right tool. Fields pre-fill from the active profile, so most calculations are two or three taps.
03
Calculate, save, export
The number arrives large, with an interpretation line where one means something. Save it to the profile's history, watch the trend build, and export the PDF when it's time to hand it over.
Pricing
Ten calculations free. Then Roster Pro.
Your first 10 calculations are free, for good, on any profile. Profiles, saved history, search, and PDF export never cost anything and never stop working. Roster Pro removes the calculation limit.
$4.99 a week or $29.99 a year in the US, billed by Apple, with local pricing set by Apple elsewhere. Both plans unlock exactly the same thing. Cancel any time from your Apple ID subscription settings. Full terms in the Terms of Service.
The numbers, done properly.
